VEGAN CAULIFLOWER WINGS
This way of preparing cauliflower is very simple, quick and not only tasty, it is also a very healthy dish. With just a few ingredients and a few minutes you will have crispy cauliflower wings ready to enjoy in good company.

INGREDIENTS
● 1 small cauliflower, cut into chunks
● 150 g flour
● 1 tbsp curry powder
● 50 g olive oil
● 1 pinch of salt
DIRECTIONS
1. Cut a clean cauliflower into small pieces.
2. Mix the extra virgin olive oil, flour, salt and curry powder in a bowl.
3. Coat the cauliflower pieces with the mixture.
4. Place in an ovenproof dish.

6. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 220 ºC.
