TOMATO TOAST: 3 WAYS
One of the most popular breakfasts in Spain is bread with tomato. We show you 3 different ways of preparing this simple and healthy recipe in the traditional way.

- Tomatoes at their optimum ripeness
- Day-old bread or toasted rustic bread
- 1 clove of garlic (only in Tumaca Bread)
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
DIRECTIONS
1. Tumaca bread
- Crush the tomato with a grater.
- Add a good splash of olive oil. Reserve.
- On a slice of toasted bread, rub a clove of garlic cut in half.
- Spread the crushed tomato, oil and tomato mixture on top
- Add a pinch of salt
2. Sliced tomato
- On a slice of toasted bread, add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
- Place the thin slices of tomato on it
- A pinch of salt
3. Diced tomato
- Dice a tomato into cubes of approximately the same size.
- On a slice of toasted bread, add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
- Place the diced tomatoes
- A pinch of salt
