ORANGE AND OLIVE OIL COOKIES

Olive oil and orange cookies are so easy to make that even the little ones can help to make them. The orange and the extra virgin olive oil aroma makes them a real delicacy. Fluffy on the inside and crunchy on the outside, simply delicious!

INGREDIENTS

125 g extra virgin olive oil
125 g brown sugar
125 g orange juice
8 g baking powder
grated orange zest
450 g wheat flour
1 egg

DIRECTIONS

In a bowl add the flour, baking powder and brown sugar. Mix lightly. 
Add the orange zest and mix
Add the orange juice, egg and olive oil. 
Knead with your hands until the ingredients are integrated.
Make small balls of dough and place on a tray.
Slightly flatten the biscuit balls with a fork.
Bake at 180ºC for 15 minutes. 
Allow to cool before enjoying
