● Fresh rocket to taste

On a slice of toasted bread add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Spread a generous layer of cream cheese, top with fresh rocket and a few slices of smoked salmon. For the finishing touch, add a drizzle of olive oil, chopped fresh chives and enjoy all the flavour of Northern Europe in a simple and delicious toast.
