MUSHROOM TOAST
Enjoying a good toast with olive oil is always a good idea, not only as a delicious breakfast but also as an appetizer!

INGREDIENTS
● 10 g fresh mushrooms
● 4-5 strips of roasted peppers
● 1 egg
● 1 slice of bread
● Extra virgin olive oil
● Olive oil spray
DIRECTIONS
● Add olive oil to a frying pan
● Add the sliced mushrooms
● Sauté and set aside
● In the same frying pan add the egg and cook for a few minutes.
● On a slice of toasted bread, add a drizzle of olive oil
● Add the sautéed mushrooms
● Place the roasted pepper strips on top
● Place the grilled egg on the griddle
● Add a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds
● A drizzle of olive oil
