BEETROOT AND BOILED EGG HUMMUS TOAST

This month in our series Olive on a Toast we leave you with a savoury, tasty and very healthy proposal. A delicious toast with olive oil, beetroot hummus and boiled egg, perfect for any time of the day.

1 slice of bread 

Beetroot hummus 

1 boiled egg

Pepper and salt flakes

extra virgin olive oil 

DIRECTIONS

On a slice of toasted bread, add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Add a generous layer of beetroot hummus, top with the chopped boiled egg, pepper and salt to taste. 

Finish with a little more olive oil and enjoy this delicious toast.
