Vegan cauliflower wings

This way of preparing cauliflower is very simple, quick and not only tasty, it is also a very healthy dish. With just a few ingredients and a few minutes you will have crispy cauliflower wings ready to enjoy in good company.

Ingredients

  • 1 small cauliflower, cut into chunks
  • 150 g flour
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 50 g olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt

preparation

    Cut a clean cauliflower into small pieces

  • 2.

    Mix the extra virgin olive oil, flour, salt and curry powder in a bowl. Coat the cauliflower pieces with the mixture.

    Place in an ovenproof dish. Drizzle the cauliflower with a olive oil and bake for 15-20 minutes at 220 ºC
