Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • Chilli flakes or ground chilli
  • Cheese flakes
  • La Española Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • Pinch of salt
  • Slices of toasted bread

preparation

    Cut one of the ripe avocados in half, remove the stone and mash with a fork. Reserve ½ of the other avocado.

    Add a splash of virgin olive oil, some chilli flakes, a pinch of salt, the juice of ½ lemon and blend until you obtain a firm, smooth cream.

    Cut a couple of slices of bread and toast lightly.

    Spread with the avocado and chilli cream.
