Olive oil cake

Yoghurt cake is undoubtedly the easiest and most delicious recipe you can make. You don't need any special utensils to make it, just a glass of yoghurt, which will serve as a measure for each ingredient.

Ingredients

  • 1 plain yoghurt
  • 3 measures of flour
  • 2 measures of sugar
  • 1 measure of extra virgin olive oil
  • 8 g of baking powder
  • 3 eggs

preparation

  • 1.

    Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Add the yoghurt, sugar, flour, yeast, eggs and extra virgin olive oil in a bowl.

    Mix until the ingredients are completely integrated, there should be no lumps. Grease a cake tin with olive oil. Add the sponge cake mixture, tapping lightly to remove air bubbles.

  • 3.

    Bake in the oven at 180ºC for approximately 30 minutes. Allow to cool before unmoulding. Top with a little icing sugar
