Ingredients

  • slice of bread
  • 1 egg
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • olivada of black and green olives
  • semi-cured cheese
  • spices to taste and salt

preparation

    In a frying pan add a little olive oil, pour in an egg and cook for a few minutes.

  • 2.

    Meanwhile, fry the garlic on a slice of toasted bread, spread the olive olivada and place the grilled egg on the griddle.

    Grate some semi-cured cheese, add a drizzle of olive oil and enjoy this simple and delicious Mediterranean-style toast.
