Mushroom Toast

Enjoying a good toast with olive oil is always a good idea, not only as a delicious breakfast but also as an appetizer!

Ingredients

  • 10 g fresh mushrooms
  • 4-5 strips of roasted peppers
  • 1 egg
  • 1 slice of bread
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Olive oil spray

preparation

  • 1.

    Add olive oil to a frying pan. Add the sliced mushrooms, sauté and set aside.

  • 2.

    In the same frying pan add the egg and cook for a few minutes.

  • 3.

    On a slice of toasted bread, add a drizzle of olive oil. Add the sautéed mushrooms. Place the roasted pepper strips on top abd the grilled egg on the griddle.

  • 4.

    Add a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds, a drizzle of olive oil and enjoy
