● 1 slice of toasted bread

● 1 orange and zest

● A drizzle of extra virgin olive oil

● 50g ricotta cheese spread 

● 30g roasted chicken strips

● Toasted sesame seeds

DIRECTIONS

● Grate the peel of an orange and set aside

● On a slice of toasted bread, add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil

● Spread the ricotta cheese 

● Place the roasted chicken strips on top

● Place the orange slices

● Add the toasted sesame seeds

● Add the orange zest

● A drizzle of olive oil

● Enjoy!
