OLIVE OIL CAKE

Yoghurt cake is undoubtedly the easiest and most delicious recipe you can make. You don't need any special utensils to make it, just a glass of yoghurt, which will serve as a measure for each ingredient.

INGREDIENTS

1 plain yoghurt

3 measures of flour yoghurt

2 measures of sugar yoghurt

1 measure of extra virgin olive oil yoghurt

8 g of baking powder

3 eggs

DIRECTIONS

Preheat the oven to 180ºC

Add the yoghurt, sugar, flour, yeast, eggs and extra virgin olive oil in a bowl.


Mix until the ingredients are completely integrated, there should be no lumps.

Grease a cake tin with olive oil.

Add the sponge cake mixture, tapping lightly to remove air bubbles.


Bake in the oven at 180ºC for approximately 30 minutes.

Allow to cool before unmoulding

Top with a little icing sugar

Enjoy this delicious yoghurt and olive oil sponge cake.
